She specializes in sustainable eating habits which uses macro counting as a foundation. Her relentless drive to push the limits of functional fitness has led her to success in HYROX events. Jenny is also a Certified Running Coach. She is a Peloton enthusiast, combining their workouts into her everyday routine. She is a mother of two and loves everything outdoors, especially volleyball and boating. Her personal approach, with conversations on how to prioritize your health into your already busy life will give you the resources and knowledge to be successful on your journey as a healthier, more confident you!
